Trying to save energy? Our Home Energy Assessment is a good place to start. Available as an in-person or virtual appointment, the assessment is conducted by a trained energy expert who will evaluate your home and recommend ways to make it as energy efficient and comfortable as possible.

To get started, please schedule your assessment by calling 210-353-2728, select Option 2 (Residential Programs), then select Option 2 again (Home Energy Assessments). If you prefer to schedule online, click the “Schedule Now” button to verify eligibility.
Please note that you will need to create an account in order to submit and track the status of your incentive request. This account is separate from your CPS Energy “Manage My Account” login and account information.
Eligibility requirements for all Home Energy Assessments:
You must be a CPS Energy residential Account Holder within the CPS Energy service area. A residential structure is defined as a single-family home, up to a fourplex. Apartment complexes do not qualify. Limited supply per household and where applicable. Certain restrictions apply. One Energy Assessment per residence per 5-year period. This program is subject to change, including termination, without prior notice. Appointments are available Monday–Friday. Limited number of appointments available on Saturdays.
