Trying to save energy? Our Home Energy Assessment is a good place to start. Available as an in-person or virtual appointment, the assessment is conducted by a trained energy expert who will evaluate your home and recommend ways to make it as energy efficient and comfortable as possible.

To get started, please schedule your assessment by calling 210-353-2728, select Option 2 (Residential Programs), then select Option 2 again (Home Energy Assessments). If you prefer to schedule online, click the “Schedule Now” button to verify eligibility.
Please note that you will need to create an account in order to submit and track the status of your incentive request. This account is separate from your CPS Energy “Manage My Account” login and account information.
