To submit your rebate online, please create a rebate account on the CPS Energy Customer Rebate Application Site using your CPS Energy account information listed on your bill and complete the rebate process there.
To submit a paper application, download and submit your Home Energy Rebate Application to [email protected]. Please ensure all fields are completed and required documents are also submitted.
