Attic Insulation

A well-insulated attic can help lower your energy bills and make your home more energy efficient, but did you know that it can also provide additional savings? Take advantage of our attic insulation rebates that will help your budget and the environment. Attic insulation must be installed between an air-conditioned living area below the ceiling and an unconditioned attic. Rebates are determined based on installation method and the area of your attic.

Cool Roofs

Cool roofs reflect more sunlight and absorb less heat than conventional roofs. Using highly reflective paint, sheeting, or shingles, a properly installed cool roof can improve your home’s comfort while reducing cooling demand by 10–15 percent.

Rebates are determined by the amount of sunlight reflected (reflectance) and the area of your roof. Roofing products must have a performance rating that is validated by the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) and be listed on the CRRC Rated Roof Products Directory.
