Free energy-saving products you may receive during your assessment:
- Watt Meter Plug
A watt meter plug lets you monitor your electricity usage and automatically calculates costs after price-setting. During the assessment, your energy advisor will help you set it up, demonstrate how it works, and answer any questions you may have.
- Door Weatherstripping Kits
Weatherstripping and door sweeps on your entrance and exit doors can help you keep the cool air in during summer and eliminate drafts during winter.
- Smart Plug
Save energy from anywhere by turning your smart plug on and off remotely. Control your smart plug with a free app or by using voice commands on Google Home or Alexa devices.
- LED Light Bulbs
LED lighting products provide the same brightness as traditional bulbs but use 90% less energy. They produce much less heat and can last up to 15 times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs.
- Advanced Power Strips
Advanced power strips help prevent electronic devices from drawing power even when they’re switched off. This wasted power, known as vampire energy, can add more than $200 to the average home’s yearly energy costs.
- Low-Flow Showerheads
Low-flow showerheads hold steady pressure while trimming gallons off every shower, putting less strain on your water heater and lowering your energy costs month after month.
- Faucet Aerators
Low-flow faucet aerators help you cut water use without losing pressure. By mixing air with water, aerators provide an even, consistent flow from the faucet.
